I am a working mom and never have time to make myself lunch for work, so I am normally grabbing a TV dinner or a cup of noodles. Not the healthiest of options with all the preservatives, sodium, and other ingredients that are bad for your body. With the Cedarlane line of frozen meals I don’t feel guilty with my grab and go option. I don’t feel like I am ruining my daily intake of sodium, carbs, fat, etc. Cedarlane frozen foods have a lot of great options and are made fresh and then frozen. I can actually read the ingredients on the labels. There are vegetarian options and many are gluten free, which is a plus for people like my mom with gluten sensitivity.

Three Layer Enchilada Pie: Really tasty! The enchilada pie wasn’t soggy when I made it in the microwave. It has a nice Tex Mexico flavor that isn’t over powering. The corn tortillas were pretty good also.
Eggplant Parmesan: This eggplant parm is sooo yummy. With the sundried tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, bell pepper, and other veggies this is a medley of YUM! I did not think I would like this one as much as I did. As far as frozen meals go, this will be a regular. Cedarlane frozen meals are a great option for something quick and easy for those busy days when you don’t have time to grab something fresh. Though I would not recommend eating frozen meals regularly, these are amongst the healthier and tastier options out there.
