Ulysses Press Review

Named for five of the last seven years as one of the “fastest-growing small publishers” by Publishers Weekly, Ulysses Press is reinventing the relationship between reader, author and publisher.
Beyond market-driven, Ulysses Press focuses on highly targeted niche groups that aren’t being offered the books they want by the big corporate-owned New York houses.
As pop culture changes at the speed of the Internet, books have a powerful role to play in the interconnected world. But no new media has ever eliminated an existing media form. They force change, and with change comes opportunity. That is why our printed books work hand in hand with e-book and online versions of their content.

I received these 4 books from Ulysses Press at no cost in exchange for an honest review.
“Emoticat Stickers” ($14.95, available now)
Say it with kitties. Features 200 peel-and-stick feline photos that can communicate all of your emotions to friends and loved ones.
“Don’t Quit Your Day Dream” ($12.95, available now)
Release your creativity as you color these unfinished cards. Then, tear out your new whimsical work of art to share with friends or hang on your walls.
“Cover Art” ($15.95, September 2015)

Includes “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland,” “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz,” “Moby Dick,” “Pride & Prejudice,” “The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes” and more.
“Apuglogies” ($7.95, October 2015)
Don’t say sorry. Apuglogize. Features 20 adorable apology cards (and photos of pugs!) to tear out, give and make amends.
My Review
I love these fun and shareable items I got from Ulysses Press. The illustrations are adorable and colorful and eye catching. The stickers and shareable cards mean you can give to several people from one book and the coloring pages can be a home made gift from the heart. The Apuglogies are a cute and funny way to say sorry for any number of slights you may accidentally inflict in life.

The Cover Art book is my favorite. I am a reader and I absolutely love the vintage literature posters that I can frame and hang in my house. These books, cards, and coloring pages make great gifts for yourself or your loved ones!
