Rudolph's Pork Rinds

We have been producing pork rinds for six decades, still utilizing the same secret recipe Mary Rudolph created in her family kitchen. Along with Mary's recipe, we've perfected the pork rind manufacturing process as well. In fact, our propriety two-step process allows us to go from pork rind pellet to popped pork rind to bagged pork rind in just four minutes ... locking in freshness. With quality standards so high, you're ensured the best tasting pork rind around! Maybe that's why we are the world's largest manufacturer of pork rinds. Or is it the taste? Either way, you'll enjoy Rudolph's pork rinds as a snack or as an ingredient in your favorite recipe. Enjoy!

There are several cool ways you can use pork rinds in recipes, like these salsa, and a sweet recipe below:

For the pork rind lover that can't get enough of corn. With this versatile salsa recipe, you have a choice of either fresh or can corn. We recommend spicing it up with Rudolph's Bold & Spicy BBQ Pork Rinds.

Mmmmm ... bacon. Nothing goes better with Southern Recipe Pork Rinds than bacon. In fact, pork rinds have long been called crunchy bacon bites. Try this unique salsa with Southern Recipe Salt & Vinegar Pork Rinds or anytime you are makin' bacon.

There's nothing scary about combining chocolate and rinds. Try this easy rind treat at your next party ... Nothing could be sweeter.

Review

My husband and boys love crunch snacks, and for my husband it's the hotter the better. He couldn't wait to try the hot  & spicy pork rinds we received. These were definitely spicy enough to make him happy! They were crunchy and he and the boys enjoyed them. My husband is the chef in our house and is excited to give a few of these recipes a try. I especially want to try the chocolate covered pork rinds since I like the salty sweet combinations. These are a yummy snack with several flavors to pick from to satisfy any snackers craving.
