Exergen TemporalScanner Thermometer

The Exergen TemporalScanner™ Thermometer is a non-invasive system with advanced infrared technology providing maximum ease of use with quick, consistently accurate measurements. Advanced, patented technology measures temperatures with a gentle stroke across the forehead.

The thermometer is easy to use, with just a few simple steps: Simply depress and hold its large, soft button and lightly scan across the forehead. A red LED light and soft beep indicate a correct scan.
We received an Exergen TemporalScanner™ Thermometer at no cost in exchange for an honest review.

My Review

It is never fun or easy having sick kids. When you have to fight with them to sit still and put a thermometer under their arm, under their tongue or in their ear, or worse yet, wake them up to check the temperature, the situation just gets more frustrating for parent and child. I have 2 boys in school, so germs, illness and fevers abound in this house during the school year. This TemporalScanner Thermometer makes checking and keeping track of their fevers so easy! It literally only takes a second to get an accurate reading. It's a simple press, scan and read function that requires no waiting. Using this thermometer is easy and doesn't agitate my kids at all. I can check their temp when they are sleeping without disturbing them, they never even know I'm there.

The thermometer is very accurate. There are no extra pieces like covers that need to be attached, and it's slim design means I can store it anywhere, and easily take it with us when we travel. The beep that the thermometer makes when you take the temperature is even very low key, so no loud noise to wake the kids. I am thrilled with this thermometer and will not be going back to any other design!
