Conflicting Webs Review

Wedding bells will soon ring, but the pledge to love one another for better or for worse is put to the test just days before the enchanted couple says, ''I do.'' April Toddman, darling of the Jordon's retail dynasty, is headed down the aisle--if she can cope with the custody chaos surrounding fiancé Kyle Clark's four-year-old daughter, Lindsay, and the tragedy that befalls her lifelong friend and matron of honor, Madison Monroe.

Love and loss, career and family, forgiveness and redemption are at the heart of this gripping addition to author Darlene Quinn's epic Webs series. Fast-paced chapters propel unforgettable characters (including the beloved Taylors and the brash detective, Ross Pocino) through the turmoil of divorce, degenerative disease, mental illness, and addiction; the complexities of the legal system; and the caprices of the retail industry.

I received a paperback copy of this book at no cost in exchange for an honest review.

My Review

Darlene Quinn is an award winning author who never disappoints. When I was approached to review her latest book, Conflicting Webs, I could not wait to get reading. Conflicting Webs is the latest book in the addicting Toddman-Taylor saga! When Conflicting Webs arrived I only wanted to skim through a few pages to get an idea of the book but much to my surprise and 50 pages in to the book, I realized it was going to be very hard to put it down. The complex plot of family dynamics, family secrets, lies, deception, and betrayal will keep you intrigued with every page turn.
