I have been a bit obsessed with cook books lately. I am trying to get a nice collection going of cook books that have great tasting and healthy recipes for my family. These recipes in this book not only sound delicious, but they are healthy, and use “regular” ingredients. You will not have to go searching all over town or in specialty stores just to find the ingredients you need. The recipes are easy to follow and have very clear directions so even the most novice cook can make these meals. The meals in this cook book are great for maintaining a diet, or just to put some more healthy foods and recipes into your daily cooking.
