Originally founded in the heart of Georgia, U.S.A. 1800cinchers started as a need. After having a C-section birth, our founder went in search of a waist reducing technique. Remembering the traditions of new moms in her home country, she recalled watching a common tradition. Elder mothers who’s daughters have just given birth, would wake up every morning to help wrap a tight warm cloth around this new mom’s belly. This technique would be repeated everyday for six months. Meanwhile, the new mom never comes out in public with her new born until after the six month prepping period is over. The belief is that the rigorous wrapping helped reduce belly fat and helped bring that pre-pregnancy belly back in shape. This tradition is still repeated till today.
I received a 3 Hook Workout Waist Cincher at no cost in exchange for my honest review.
I really don’t need to lose weight. I am a pretty small woman. I do need a little toning though, especially around my tummy. I’m not great at sticking to exercise routines, and a lot of them are hard for me because I have Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. I was willing to try this cincher because I didn’t have to do anything extra, I could get results wearing it and just going about my normal daily routine. The other reason I wanted this, is that it provides some extra support for my back. My back is my biggest pain management issue. This cincher is easy to use, but you may need someone to help you get it on correctly the first time or two. You will also want to wear a thin tank under this to start. This did feel a little tight for comfort the first few times I tried it, but I did get used to it, and now I wear it at least a few times a week. I have lost a little bit around my belly. The greatest thing about this for me though has been the back support. I can walk a little longer, sit more comfortably, and not hurt as much at the end of the day. This is thin and stretchy, so no one really knows I’m even wearing anything under my t shirt.
