You can go from this..
I love my life and all the adventure and stress that comes with it. Sometimes I need a little break from the adventure and stress though. I’m not big on hands on hobbies, I usually wind up more stressed than I was to start. I received this Daily Zen Doodles book to review, and was kind of intrigued. I loved the inspirational quotes on each page, The doodles are started for you, just to give you a starting point to let your mind wander. This book is small enough to put in a purse or laptop bag, so you can take it with you and pull it out when you are traveling or waiting somewhere. I made a few copies of some of these for a quiet time activity for my boys, who are both ADHD. My husband is the drawer in the family, so I’m sure he’ll try his hand at some of these also. This is a great way to help you stop, relax and center yourself for a moment in the busy rush of your life.
