Bolstered by a newfound fortune, Sara Winthrop is finally able to escape the horrific nature of her past. She’s moved her family three thousand miles, from the bustling city of Portland to the rolling Appalachians of southwest Virginia. Life is calm, the children are thriving, and she’s protected inside her rural fortress.
Or so she thinks. She soon discovers that the answers are never so easy. The illusion of security doesn’t stand a chance against two dangerous enemies with money, motivation, and an unquenchable desire for revenge.
Aided by the help of new friends and forced to the edge of extremes, Sara must find a way to win at all costs, or die trying.
I received a copy of this book at no cost in exchange for my honest review.
I could not wait to read this, the final installment of the Sara series! Knowing this was the final book I knew there was going to be a great wrap up to the story. In Sara’s Fear we meet 2 new characters who become an integral part of the story, Randall and Mary. They are initially strangers who then become heroes. As with the previous two books, book 3 moves quickly and the thrills and drama are a mile a minute. There are plenty of twists and turns, and just as you think you’ve got it all figured out another wrench gets thrown in the works. I read all three books in the series very quickly because I couldn’t put them down. I enjoy this authors writing style and the imagination that he infuses into his stories. Sara’s Fear get a 5/5 and I can’t wait to read more from Ernie Lindsey!
About the Author
USA Today bestselling author Ernie Lindsey grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of southwest Virginia, working on the family farm and reading, and has spent his life telling stories to anyone that will listen.
