My husband is a wonderful cook, and he’s very adventurous when it comes to cooking and baking. He loves when I get new stuff to try for the kitchen. He has used vanilla extract in recipes before but we haven’t used a chocolate extract. He has a really yummy peanut butter fudge recipe that everyone just loves. He made it last week and used a little of both of these to add some extra flavor. It turned out amazing! The scent of these extracts is enough to make anyone drool. The flavor comes through in the different recipes we’ve used these in. We’ve made the fudge, cookies, brownies and french toast. We really like sweets in this house. I have a bit of an obsession with vanilla creamers and flavors in my coffee, so I tried a little bit of the vanilla extract in my coffee and it was great! These have a very smooth mellow flavor and are not overly sharp like some others we’ve tried. There are so many uses for these. They are also 100% organic. If you are a cooker or baker and love quality and great taste you should definitely give these a try!
