My Reviews
So I think I should start by saying that these books are just what I needed to help add some variety to our meals.  They are all full of fantastic recipes.  We decided to try the The Healthy Slow Cooker book first.  This one really came in handy as we are currently trying to eat healthier and eliminate some of the more processed foods from our meals.  This book is filled with healthy, gluten-free recipes that are delicious and of course, easy to prepare because they are slow cooker meals.  Who doesn’t love an easy to prepare meal that is tasty, as well as healthy?

Next up we had to try something from the 125 Best Chicken Recipes book.  You can’t beat this one.  It has enough chicken recipes in it to last for quite some time and you better believe that they are all different and they will bring a nice new flare to family meal time.  Chicken recipes are always a good choice for meals as they are usually fairly easy to prepare and chicken is a very versatile meat, so the flavor combinations are almost endless.  This book is definitely a keeper.

And last, but certainly not least, we tried the 125 Best Casseroles and One-Pot Meals book.  Now, if you are a busy family, this one is a perfect find.  One pot meals are needed in our home at least 1-2 each week because we get so busy with work, school and activities.  This book will be in the kitchen recipe box for good.  Casseroles and One-Pot meals are said to freeze well also, which is perfect for my family.  This would be a good book to have around for making meals ahead of time and freezing for busy days or freezing leftovers and having a “leftover night” when you’re in a time crunch and won’t be able to make dinner.

So far, all of these books are winners and I would definitely recommend each one to anyone who wants to try them.
