K’Nex Holiday Review

K’NEX is the next generation of construction sets. It inspires creativity, builds self-confidence and encourages interaction among children and parents. The possibilities are endless!

We received 3 new sets to review in exchange for our honest review

My Review

Party Smashers Building Set– My boys love getting these Angry Birds sets! They have 4 of them now I think and they all interconnect and work together. I don’t have to worry about what pieces go with what set. I just put all the Angry Birds pieces in one box and they can play and build and create to their hearts content.

Ghost House Building Set– This came just in time for my youngest’s birthday which is the day before Halloween. Both my boys like the Mario Bros. and they love anything to do with ghosts and scary stuff. I like how sturdy K’Nex sets are and how well they hold up against even the most rambunctious rough housing.

Raptor’s Revenge Roller Coaster Building Set– This has to be the favorite out of these 3 sets. We haven’t set it up yet but we’ve looked through all the pieces. The boys have decided they want to set this Raptor’s Revenge up by the Christmas tree when we get one. This set actually has a motorized chain lift for the roller coaster car and they very excited to get this working!

K’Nex are big favorites in this house obviously. Even my husband gets excited when these boxes arrive. The boys get to be creative and use their hands and brains instead of just their thumbs on a game controller. If you follow my blog regularly then you may remember that both my boys have some fine motor difficulties. K’Nex is a fun and unimposing way for them to get to use their fine motor skills while having a lot of fun at the same time. K’Nex will be a name that will be found in this house for years to come!
