BubbleBum Booster Seat Review

BubbleBum was founded by Safekids USA Certified CPST Grainne Kelly from Northern Ireland who, like many other parents, was appalled by the lack of car booster seats available from car rental desks even when booked in advance. She believes that every child deserves to be protected. Through her research she discovered that some of the main barriers for use of boosters and the lack of information or education available to parents along with the inconvenience of the conventional rigid designs and resistance of children to use a “baby seat”.

I received a BubbleBum booster to review in exchange for my honest opinion

My Review
We only have 1 car right now and it’s a pain to take the heavy car seats out of the car if I need them when my husband is at work. With this booster seat I can take my kids out with a friend or in a cab without having to lug the big plastic booster seat around. The BubbleBum is very convenient. It’s compact and easy to carry around, and very easy to inflate and deflate. I like that it has the clips to keep the seat belt where it needs to be for safety. My 5 year old likes this seat and says it’s very comfy. He sits on it with no complaints, and he can buckle his own belt with this booster.  For long car rides BubbleBum also has an app you can install on your phone. It has a travel checklist to help you make sure you don’t forget important things, and has several games to keep the littles happy, including Tic Tac Toe. Overall I give BubbleBum a 5/5!
  1. portable booster seat. Nough said Im sold! I remember shifting car seats and i havent gotten my lilest into the boosters yet but soon. This sounds like a must buy! Thank you for the great review!

  2. Wow this does sound pretty cool. Easy to use and very portable I will have to look into this for my mom because it is hard for her to carry the other booster seats from car to car when she has the grand-kids. Thanks for the awesome post.
