My Review
 I love to cook. I’m not always successful when I cook, but I sure enjoy trying. One thing I really hate is cooking with oil. I hate the splatters, the greasy taste and the clean up is always gross. Baking is healthy, but tends to heat up the whole house. I was really excited to get the Aquachef Smart Cooker and see what it could do. I was very impressed with some of its features like:

One thing I really like is that the food is not actually put directly into the water. You seal the food in a vacuum bag and then the bag is submerged. This sous-vide method makes for easy and delicious cooking. My boys and husband love to make hard boiled eggs and make egg salad and deviled eggs. So the first thing we did was make some hard boiled eggs. The Aquafresh makes the perfect hard boiled egg with no guessing games about whether they are done or not.

Then I made some BBQ boneless pork chops. These came out so tender and flavorful. I have never gotten them to come out like that in the oven or in the pan. It was very easy to prepare these and even easier to cook them. I set the right temperature and time and walked away. When it beeped they were done to perfection.

I was really very happy with this cooker and it’s made a great addition to my kitchen!
