My Review

I have Fibro and Arthritis so excercise is not an easy task for me. I've tried quite a few different things in the past and I usually wind up frustrated and in a lot of pain. A few of my friends have told me several times to try Yoga. I've tried once before but it was uncomfortable with the thin mat I had picked up. I was sore after and didn't try again. Till now. This mat is so much better than the last one I had. It's thicker, softer, longer and just much more comfortable all around. Not to mention I love the color. I haven't started a real Yoga routine yet, but I've been using the mat to stretch on days when I'm hurting a lot. It's so comfortable I usually lay on it for a while after. I have back pain like you wouldn't believe so sometimes just laying flat out helps.

The towel that came with the mat is also a gorgeous purple color. It's microfiber, and it doesn't "pill" like some other towels I've had like that. It's super soft also.

The meditative mist has a slightly stronger scent then I'm used to, so I only use a little bit of it. It does smell good though. I really like Lavender.

This is overall a great package of items and I'm so glad I got to try these things out. Now I just have to find the right Yoga routine for me so I can use these more often =]

You can connect with Aurorae Yoga

  1. I've actually been looking for a mat to do floor exercises on (instead of the blanket I use now, lol! Thanks for the review :-)

  2. I have always wanted to try yoga. I don't know what's stopping me! I so need a mat :)

  3. I love the Yoga video I have. At least the first part. I haven't tried the second part, mainly because I can't get into a habit of doing it regularly. Feel free to message me if you want the video information. I have Fibro, Arthritis, Congestive Heart Failure and a ton of other "crud", so I definitely understand the issues with exercising, lol.

  4. they have some nice stuff. Yoga is great and relaxng
